I never used to like them at all, and by never liked them I mean I had never tried them! Yep I hadn’t even tried an avocado until about five years ago and now I love them!
Avocado’s are a fantastic source of healthy fats which help to keep you feeling fuller for longer, tasty and good for you! #Bonus
The sad thing about Avocado’s is that they are only cheap and plentiful for a short few months, we are nearing the end of the cheap avocado bounty for the year.

What is your favourite way to use Avocado’s?
Yesterday I made a chocolate brownie with an avocado in it! I was really skeptical at first but you can’t taste it at all and is helps give a really nice texture mm we have a vege shop down the road with amazing big soft avocados.. I still haven’t had one in a smoothie before though but maybe I’ll get there.. seems weird.. Guacamole is always the best <3
mmmm brownies! I need to try a brownie with avo in it as I’m sure it would be delicious! It is a bit weird thinking about adding it too a smoothie but trust me, you don’t taste it and it makes the smoothie SUPER creamy!
