Wednesday; 35min of stepping, spinning in ads, run around block (approx 1.5km)
Thursday; 35min of stepping, jumping jacks, high knees & jumping rope.
Friday; Nil
Saturday; Approx 30min walk.
Sunday; Approx 1 hour walk with a dog.
I still can’t use my thumb – which actually limits a lot of stuff, I havn’t been to the gym in three weeks and it’s looking like I won’t be able to go again this week then i’m out of the office the following week. I’ve been using my Heart Rate Monitor to see how my at home exercises stack up – and it’s pretty good!
I’ve also been roped into being in a relay team for a run in mid September and allocated a 7km run which is undulating (read; some hills) and is partly on gravel (neat) so the next couple of weeks I need to focus on consistently running!
