Our 12 Week Summer Body Challenge will be run over a 12 week period beginning 1 August 2016.

You will get:

  • 1 different at home workout for each week of the challenge
  • 1-2 weekly challenges each week of the challenge
  • Weekly Nutrition Tips

  • 4 different 10 Day Fitness Challenges as an added bonus (for those who wish to participate)
  • Introduction Booklet (PDF) with heaps of tips on healthy living and yummy recipes!

  • Access to a Qualifed Personal Trainer (Me!) to answer any questions you have.

This 12 Week Summer Body Challenge comprises of twelve at home workouts, one per week of the Challenge. These workouts can be done at home with no equipment, other than items you will find around the house. There are three different levels for each of the workouts so that everyone from beginners to advanced can complete the workouts. The workouts range from 20-40minutes in length.

You can complete these workouts as often as you like during the week, you have full control of what you do and when you do it. We will however be encouraging you to stick to the workouts and to eat healthy.

Our private Facebook group for 12 week summer body challengers will be your support network for the duration of the challenge. This is where we will post all the weekly challenges which will help to keep you on track. Feel free to ask any questions you may have or post anything which is relevant to the 12 week summer body challenge.  This will be a supportive environment and spam will NOT be tolerated.

We will also be giving you weekly tips to help you think about different aspects of nutrition and incorporating weekly challenges into the challenge. It is up to you which challenges you participate in, however the more you participate in and get involved the more likely you will see the challenge through to the end.

Just $49 for the whole 12 weeks! No on-going weekly payments required, that’s under $5 a week for the whole duration of the challenge!
