Time you wake up: My alarm goes at 6.30 on weekdays (generally don’t get up till 8.10am unless I go to the gym then 7.15am) and I don’t have an alarm on the weekends, the b/fs goes off at 6.40am everyday and it does my head in.

Veg you dislike: mushrooms (cooked), peppers, tomatoes, onions – there will be more
What makes you run late: my love of sleep – see time I wake up
