Mongolian Beef Noodle Bowl Recipe

Mongolian Beef Noodle Bowl Recipe

It’s been awhile since I created anything with noodles, I’m not really sure why though as they are very versatile. I was asked if I wanted to create a recipe using the Maggi Invisible Wholegrain Noodles (Previously called Extra Delicious) and thought it would be a great way to add a new recipe into our repertoire.

There were two recipes I automatically thought I would create and one of them was these Mongolian Beef Noodle Bowls. The great thing about these Mongolian Beef Noodle Bowls is that they are so versatile, once you have your noodles and sauce you can add any vegetables that you like.

I made use of heaps of different vegetables we had in our fridge, including three different colours of capsicum which added beautiful colours to the dish.
