I mentioned earlier in the week that I do not like fizzy water, however I know that a lot of people also don’t like plain water. A couple of weekends back I decided it was time to put my cordial syrup skills [uhhh I had none!] to the test and I came up with two syrups which were actually pretty good.
Earlier in the week I shared my lightened up Lime and Mint Cordial Syrup and today I have for you my lightened up Lemon, Honey and Ginger Cordial Syrup.
Lemon, Honey and Ginger drinks are often drunk hot in the middle of winter when you are full of a cold or the flu, however it is also really tasty served ice cold. Cold Lemon, Honey and Ginger drinks are super refreshing especially on a hot summers day.
