In the bottom of a glass, crush 10 fresh mint leaves, the juice of ½ lime, and 1 teaspoon sweetener of your choice (honey or agave nectar works well). Add a few ice cubes and pour in 30ml of white rum and fill the glass with soda water. Garnish with a lime wedge.
