Monday; 50min stepping up and down on wii board (with extra height) – 5300 steps including 15 minutes with wii hand weights (Two different times, first 30mins then 20mins).
Tuesday; 30mins at the gym, 6kmish run
Wednesday; 30 mins at the gym, 45min Zumba Sculpt & Tone workout, 12km on spin bike.
Thursday; 30mins at the gym, 2.1km run, 15min wii step ups on extended balance board.
Friday; 30mins at the gym
Saturday; 3kmish run, 3kmish Walk – both 70% on soft sand 🙂
Sunday; Rest Day
Monday’s exercise would have to be one of the easiest (ok the work wasn’t actually easy) ways to work up a bit of a sweat as you can do it while your watching t.v so it doesn’t take any additional time out of your day. Even just half an hour worth of steps is approx 3000 steps at a steady pace, it’s reccomended to get at least 10,000 steps a day so cramming in an extra 3000 at the end of the day while watching your favourite programme has to help right? 😉
I’m really proud of this weeks efforts, and I didn’t do too badly on the food front bar the weekend, and running on soft sand is hard, but well worth it!
