Monday; 5km run then 30mins at the gym (no pain with running hurrah!)
Tuesday; 30mins at the Gym, Walked up & down the stairs 3 times
Wednesday; 5km Walk (208 Calories Burnt – per my new heart rate monitor!)
Thursday; 30mins at the gym
Friday; 30mins racing go-karts
Saturday; Walking around shopping (fail)
Sunday; 8km Run (288 Calories burnt – 42mins)
I’m going to try running 5km twice a week and then do one long run on the weekends and see if I can make that a routine and it will also be good training for when I finally do a half marathon 🙂
