Exercise for week ended 1 May

Monday; Nil
Tuesday; Nil
Wednesday; 30mins at gym
Thursday; Nil (Was planned to be a gym session but had to get some shoes that were taking there sweet time getting to NZ, – moral of the story don’t try new suppliers grr)
Friday; Nil (Travelling to Rotorua)
Saturday; Ran a Quarter Marathon (10.5km) – At the Rotorua Marathon
Sunday; Um, went on the luge? Ok not exercise, I am pretty darn sore though.

A bit of a slow week, I guess holidays can do that to you right? I could blame it on the run on Saturday, but let’s face it I was just being lazy. Onwards and upwards, next week I’ll be back on track!
