Crikey we are into October already!!
Monday; Walk to & from work (2.15km each way), 1.8km run.
Tuesday; Walk to & from work (2.15km each way), 2.57km run (Yay for Nike+)
Wednesday; Fitness assessment at a gym – Pretty much no exercise though.
Thursday; Walk to & from work – and gym – & 30 minute workout.
Friday; Nothing
Saturday; Nothing
Sunday; Nothing
Yeah that was a sad attempt near the end of the week but I have started Today (Monday) off with a bang and have very good intentions for this week! π
We had the first round of the summer series for my other halfs racing this weekend so minimal exercise.

Try throw something in on Saturday, this week. Even if just a goss and stroll in the park with a friend π
Definately! I have been chirpy this morning which doesn’t usually happen for me at all!! I felt so guilty for not doing any exercise over the weekend!
Its definately in the plan to do at least something on the weekend π

Thanks hun, I nearly stopped but didn’t just cas of the Nike+ thanks so much for suggesting it!! Going to attempt a longer run on the weekend maybe, depending on if I am hungover or not :p
I did A 3.2km walk today (I know this thanks to google maps!) and then just did like 15 minutes of “cardio” on the wii! However, I ate a snickers bar this arvo and am going to eat the last bit of my yummy mummy cheesecake tonight =S
OMG yummy mummy cheesecake! Where did you get it from?! I got some from the shop in woodville once, it was amazing!
Now that i’ve gotten over the food part, thats awesome!! Congrats!! Just keep doing stuff like that until your legs are happy enough for you to run π
