Monday; Walk around lake approx 2km. Walk around town, proberly 2km.
Tuesday; 30 mins at the gym and 3.17km run (Finally broke 3km wahoo!!)
Wednesday; 30 mins at the gym, walk from home to town and back at lunch approx 4km. 1.8km stroll after dinner.
Thursday; 30 mins at the gym, 1.5km walk around block to clear head.
Friday; 30 mins at the gym (first weigh and measure!) walk from home to town and back at lunch, approx 4km,
Saturday; Walk up town (around 2km), 6.4km proper walk around bridges. 5km walk home after a few drinks.
Sunday; The above 5km drunk walk should technically be in todays, oh well. Umm about a 2km walk up town.
