Tuesday; 30 mins at the gym, 4km run (YAY!!)
Wednesday; 30 mins at the gym, 2.15km walk to work
Thursday; 30 mins at the gym,
Friday; Nothing, was going to walk but decided to play with Joe the Sparrow instead.
Saturday; 30 mins at the gym,
Sunday; Walk to partners work for work do – approx 2km, 1 hole of golf (hardly exercise but it makes today look better!)
