Monday; 30 Mins at the gym, 2.5km run.
Tuesday; 2.15km Walk to and from work, 4.8km walk.
Wednesday; 30 mins at the gym. 2.15km walk to and from work.
Thursday; Nothing – Weds night I had really bad pains in my ankles, decided that was my bodies way of saying take a day off!
Friday; I really can’t remember but I think I went to the gym before work.
Saturday; Walking around Christchurch – would’ve been at least 5-6km.
Sunday; Walking around Christchurch – prob 2-3km.
We went to Christchurch Saturday morning so the exercise was expected to tapper off at the end of the week.
