I wasn’t going to do this exercise run down since there are a few days missing, but 2011 is about being accountable and actually making a change so lets do it anyway!
Monday; 3.5km run (first day back at running since November?)
Tuesday; 4km Run, Half a gym session (long story)
Wednesday; Full game of Netball
Thursday; 5.3km Run (I am proud of this one, I was still really sore from monday/tuesdays runs, and have only ever even done 4km twice (I think)).
Friday; Nil
Saturday; Nil (Was supposed to do a 5km walk, didn’t happen, had a big night Friday)
Sunday; Nil (Was supposed to do another 5.3km run but it didn’t happen, eek)
So this next week needs to be better, I will get back to the gym and keep up the running and on Sunday compete in the Round the Bays!
