Wednesday; 30 mins at the gym, 2.15km walk to and from work. Feeling extra run down today so no run or additional walk.
Thursday; 5km Slow Walk (Legs are not liking me today!)
Friday; Walk to and from work 2.15km.
Saturday; Nil
Sunday; Nil
All in all a pretty good week I think, except for the crap weekend, even though I got up too late to go to the gym on Friday!
