One more week until Christmas! Yep I said it, sorry to those of you who haven’t got your presents out of the way yet, however if you need some inspiration you are definitely in the right place!
Today’s Christmas Gift Guide is for the Gym Bunny in your life (we all know at least one person, right?!). If you need inspiration for the Traveler, Yogi or Foodie in your life make sure to check out my other Christmas Gift Guides!
1. Fitbit
A Fitbit is a great gift for the gym bunny in your life so they can track the calories they have burnt, their heart rate as well as other cool things like how much sleep they are getting as well. I have reviewed the Fitbit Surgeand Charge HR on the blog to help you decide which one to get! You can purchase the Fitbit Charge HR over at Mighty Ape
2. Chalk
Any gym bunny who is serious about lifting weights will really appreciate the gift of chalk. I only just a couple of weeks ago ripped my hands up using a dodgy bar with no chalk and ended up with saw forearms for a few days due to lack of grip. As soon as Kyle arrived at the gym and I got the chalk out of the car I could instantly grip better and increased by deadlift by 25kg! Plus it’s a ridiculously cheap gift too but your recipient won’t care!
3. Tank
There are so many sweet t-shirts and tanks (and almost everything else you can think of!) over at Look Human, including this cool tank – “Well it’s not going to lift itself”. There are so many different options you could spend hours trolling through the selection (and not just fitness related!). Unforunately they won’t get here in time for the actual day now but they could still be a great belated pressy!
4. Gym Bag
One of the things I seem to always be needing is a good Gym bag! Even when I have one I could always do with another one as I’m always leaving it in the car or at work and then struggle to get my stuff I need with me and end up taking a tote bag. If you’re not too sure what style to get you can always get a gift voucher.
5. Entry to an Event
For those who like to run or walk or perhaps even do a bit of multi sport, you could always look at purchasing them entry to an event (either you can choose one for them, or do them up a little gift certificate telling them you will pay the entry fee to an event of their choice). I am currently deciding if I want to do any running events early next year or not and know this is a gift I would enjoy!
Which of the above would YOU like to receive?? – Comment below and let us know, we love hearing from you!
