Did you ever jump rope as a kid? Have you tried doing it since? A skipping rope is a great gift as it is small and portable and it gives a fantastic workout. Seriously, try to just skip for a full 10 minutes and you’ll be knackered! You can grab a cheaper rope, just make sure the handles are nice and sturdy and it’s not child sized, or for the more experienced roper you could look into getting them a speed rope which is a bit more costly but a lot quicker!

Great suggestions. I’d also add a foam roller specially if your significant other loves to run or workout hard. Cheapest regular massage there is and great prehab tool.
Ooh yes, didn’t think of a foam roller! Definitely a good investment, same goes with a good tennis or lacrosse style ball as well so get in those places the foam roller doesn’t quite get!
Loved seeing your suggestions!
Great gift guide!
Okay so I’m not a fitness enthusiast but I do need to start working out a little more, getting into better shape…maybe I’ll start with the socks 🙂 Great gift guide though – I know some people who wopuld really love this stuff!
Santa, take note, I LOVE the Katmandu range and I have been good all year!
