Tuesday; Gym 30mins, 30DS Level 2 (Oh My!)
Wednesday; 30DS Level 1
Thursday; Gym 30min Circuit
Friday; Nil Rest
Saturday; Nil – walking in town? Grr
Sunday; Slow Walk

This has to be one of my worst weeks for exercise in a while, but that’s ok it’s a new week now.

What was the weather like in your town this weekend?
Have you resorted to any exercise DVD’s since winter has arrived in full force?

  1. I would love to walk more but the rain does seem to impede my efforts. I have attempted a pre-natal pilates DVD and I’m waiting for a yoga one to arrive! I don’t love it as much as getting out and about but I hope it will tide me over through winter and the rest of my pregnancy.

  2. I love that you are still doing exercise even though you can’t get out and about as much, darn winter! I don’t know if i’d have the willpower 😉 Kudos!
