Monday; 30mins at the gym, Day 1 30 Day Shred DVD (30DS)
Tuesday; 30mins gym, Day 2 30DS, 15mins step ups (Wii Board)
Wednesday; 30mins gym
Thursday; 30mins Gym
Friday; 30DS, 5min Jump Rope, Spin 20km (1/2hr)
Saturday; Walk/Run 8km
Sunday; Walk 20min, 70mins Biggest Loser UK DVD
The 30Day Shred is a Jillian Micheals DVD, it takes 20minutes each day – although this week was a bit of a test week as I am working in Auckland next week so won’t be able to continue with it, I will pick it up again when I get back, I’m not sure if i’ll try to do all 30 days in a row or do it over 6 weeks. Will depend on how much time I need for study most likely.
