Exercise for week ended 15 May 2011

Monday; 30mins at the gym
Tuesday; 30mins at the gym, 10km on Spin Bike, a few Ab exercises at home.
Wednesday; 30mins at the gym, some Ab exercises
Thursday; 4.7km run, Zumba Cardio Party 50Mins.
Friday; 30 mins at the gym, 5km on spin bike.
Saturday; 3km walk, 20 min Zumba Abs DVD
Sunday; Rest Day
