Exercise for week ended 24 April

Monday; 30 mins at the gym (PM 160cals)
Tuesday; 30 mins at the gym (AM 145cals), 30mins on the spin bike (220Cals) – 20mins then a 5 min break and the last 10 mins – how do people do an hour session?!
Wednesday; 5kmish Run (PM 185Cals) – Improved last weeks 5km run by 1min, But I think I am running too fast even though I am slow, I started feeling yuck near the end of the run.
Thursday; Rest Day
Friday; Woops another rest day
Saturday; 4.5km run in the dark (I can’t see in the dark at all)
Sunday; Another Rest day

I’m not convinced my HRM is reading the calories correctly, need to look into this this week.

Since it was such a crap weekend I let myself not do any exercise for a few days which I proberly shouldn’t have but it would have been a good rest for my body so i’m not going to feel guilty about it!

For those of you who go to spin, how do you manage an hour session? How did your easter weekend exercise fare? Great success or flop?
