Monday; 3/4 Indoor Netball Game (Final)
Tuesday; 30mins at the gym, 10 mins on the spin bike (Slowly does it, I was nearly dead after this!)
Wednesday; 30 mins at the gym, walk to & from work (2km each way), and walking up and down the stairs twice, then a few strength training bits courtesy of Spark People.
Thursday; 30mins at the gym.
Friday; Nothing – Travelling to Taupo & Needed a sleep in this morning.
Saturday; Not a lot, walked to the lake and back
Sunday; Nothing
Am a bit annoyed with myself that I didn’t do much on the weekend but other than that I’m getting better at exercising most days. Hoping to get in a run or two this next week 🙂
