Monday; Indoor Netball Game (Semi-Final)
Tuesday; 30mins at Gym
Wednesday; 30mins at the gym, Twilight Netball (Final) (only 1/2 a game at positions that move around a bit, boo)
Thursday; 30 mins at the gym, 2.5km walk
Friday; Nothing, (Was supposed to be a 5km walk on the way to work but it bucketed down right when I went to left and didn’t want to be a drowned rat at work, managed an approx 2km walk once we got to Wellington.
Saturday/Sunday; Lots of walking around Wellington
I had something on everyday after work then went to Wellington on the weekend so exercise is down a little bit, but the old me would have just not done anything those days so the changes are becoming more permanent, yay!
