So I finally did my weigh and measure at the gym today, my last one was the 28th December so just over two months ago.
I have been consistently 61kg on the Curves scales and started with my total cm measurements at 542cm.
Today I finally lost weight! Hurrah down to 59.5kg, so only 1.5kg since I began on the last day of September, but a loss is a loss and i’m taking it. Plus i’m finally getting focused into the whole trying to be healthy and exercise more thing.
What I’m most surprised with is the cm measurements, I’ve lost 15.5cm since I began which is crazy! So goes to show that measurements can tell a different story to the weight!
Included in that cm loss is;
Waist – 3cm
Abdomen – 2.5cm
Hips – 4cm
Thighs – 4cm (2 each)
And my body fat % has come down 0.80% since I began, this is the thing I am most working on, that and my BMI.
So don’t forget to check your measurements! Especially if your not seeing any results weight results!
