April Exercise Wrap-up

April has come and gone so quickly I really do feel as though I am getting older as time is flying so quickly!

This month I heard the news that I should not be attempting to run considering the issues with my ankle, I started doing a little bit of biking to keep up the fitness while keeping the pressure off my ankle as much as possible.

We also started a new plan near the end of the month as I am doing a four week training log as an assessment at course (personal training) which I am doing on my partner so therefore doing the same plan for myself as well.

My upper body is getting a bit of a thrashing at the moment but hopefully it won’t be too much longer till I can get back in to the heavy lower body exercises and eventually back into running and netball.

How did you fare this month? Did you try anything new?

  1. Good job! How are you finding training your partner? Be cool to read about any challenges and achievements in that area.

Been really slack for a while with everything, but reading about this inspires and reignites me. Keep up the good work

    1. To be honest it is a little challenging since he has been in the gym the majority of his life and knows what he is doing, what he likes and what works for him combined with injuries. However it is good!
