I had another go at making sushi one lunch time (being close to home is rather convenient!), the rice turned out a bit better than the last time I tried. However I think we need to invest in some sushi seasoning to give it a little flavor.
My rolling skills needs a little sharpening as all three rolls were varying sizes. Three rolls cut into 6 pieces each roll for the ‘serving’ information in the nutritional information below.
We only had carrot in the fridge so went with that and marinaded the chicken in the honey & soy marinade all morning while I was at work.
