Note: This post was written at the start of my healthy living journey, whilst my cravings still include sugar they are nowhere near as bad as they once were!
I have lots of cravings, all the time and I can usually never fight them!
I craves, Cheeseburgers on occasion! Fries, quiet often, Hugs, on occasion I love hugs!, Sleep, at the moment havn’t been sleeping well, Chocolate Biscuits – or sugar, after most meals. Need to curb this!
Thats not it but that shall do!
