Monday; 25 mins upper body workout on Bigest Loser Wii Game (Was about to go for a run and it bucketed down – at least I didn’t give up then!) And it must’ve worked, on wednesday I was still aching a bit from muscles that never get used!
Tuesday; 1.8km Run
Wednesday; Nil – Work dinner too close after work time.
Thursday; 1.8km Walk/Run my legs were really sore wasn’t going to run but decided I had to do something!
Friday; Nil
Saturday; 5kmish Walk + 1.1kmish Walk * 2 (1.1km’s to clear head after doing parts of a shitty law assignment!)
Sunday; 1.1kmish walk
Other than saturday I was a bit lazy on the exercise front, partly because of the crap weather because I would have walked to and from work most days otherwise!
