Exercise for the week

A bit of a crap week on the exercise front, I blame the storm (Yes this is a valid excuse!)

Monday; 1.8km Run
Tuesday; Nil
Wednesday; Walk to & from work, 2km Run.
Thursday; Walk to & from work, 1.8km Run.
Friday; Walk to & from work.
Saturday / Sunday; Big fat Zilch

Perhaps this week will be better! At least I ran three times though!

  1. Still very good! I still haven’t worked up the motivation to go for my runs, even tho I know I’ll be done in like 2 minutes lol Is my ridiculous amount of assignments a valid excuse? Zumba tonight will probably be all I do till Friday! =S

  2. I think assignments is a valid excuse, I don’t actually think i’ll get that much exercise in this week for that very reason! In saying that though we can’t complain if we don’t make time for it πŸ˜›

  3. Okaaay so my next excuse is my zumba buddy ditched me! That’s an even worse excuse lol. But I shall work on my assignment tonight so I can get heaps done then exercise on Wednesday? Wooo! πŸ™‚ Hopefully I can drag the BF with me, that’ll make it entertaining! lol

  4. @Kristyn haha good idea, if you can laugh at the BF it will make it fun! I played Wii tonight cas it started bucketing down when I went to leave.

    @Leah lol I only do it because then when I feel like being lazy I think oh crap i’m going to have to put nil on one of my days and feel guity and try to do something. Theif away, were all about theifing!! I won’t even feel hurtness πŸ˜‰ hahaha
