Monday; 4.5km Run & Walk up n down stairs and run up part of huge hill/walk rest.
Tuesday; 30min Stepping/Running on Wii step, Jumping Jacks
Wednesday; Nil – went looking at houses to rent – we may have found one!
Thursday; (Worked out of town) Nil – Fail
Friday; (Worked out of town) Nil – Another Fail
Saturday; 75min walk
Sunday; Sorted out all our burnable rubbish – actually got a bit of a sweat up so i’m counting it so my week doesn’t look so crap!
This week I was focusing on exercising at least 6/7 days and running at least 3 times in preparation for the Relay in September, as you can see that didn’t really happen! This week I’m working out of town 4/5 days and staying out of town, but I’m planning on running at least a couple of the days so let’s see!
How do you manage to fit in exercise when your daily routine gets mucked up?
