Wednesday; Run 30mins (Worked out of town)
Thursday; Nil (Back from out of town late & feeling lazy)
Friday; Step ups 40mins (Wii Board)
Saturday; Nil
Sunday; Nil
This is the first weekend in ages I havn’t done anything and I felt it, definately trying to make up for the exercise and shitty eating this week!
I have finally started weighing each week at home, as I was previously weighing whenever I felt like it and then again monthly at the gym. This week I am down 600grams from the last week! Stoked, to be honest I thought my losses were always going to be 100-200grams a week given my penchant for lollies/chocolates/biscuits/other sweet goods and that I have under 10kg to loose. Major Win!

600 g lost is fantastic! Sometimes losses aren’t easily explained but you should definitely take it anyway!!
Yep agreed, Don’t know where it came from but so long as it doesn’t dissapear this week i’ll be happy!
