Exercise to 10 July

Monday; 30mins Curves
Tuesday; 30mins Curves, 15 min walking up & down stairs
Wednesday; 30mins Curves, 25min steping on wii board, 15min running on the spot
Thursday; 30mins Curves
Friday; Rest
Saturday; 40min walk
Sunday; 1hr walk, 7km Run

Feeling pretty under the weather on Monday,Tuesday & Wednesday, although managed to pretty much keep within calories so can’t complain too much.

My Calves were killing me from Weds-Sat after walking up and down the stairs, they are killer thats for sure. So Friday was a much needed forced day off 🙂
