Just like squats, lunges work your lower body. Lunges are great because they require a bit of balance as well which means you also use your abdominals to help brace you while you are performing the movement. Lunges not only work your legs but they also work your butt which is a nice bonus!
I haven’t heard of Inchworms before. I love Bear Crawls but cannot get the hang of burpees!
Aww the poor burpee, no-one seems to love it!
