So you may feel a little bit weird performing these at your gym as you most likely won’t ever see anybody else doing them but Bear Crawls are a fantastic full body movement which helps to open up your hips and get your heart rate up.
I haven’t heard of Inchworms before. I love Bear Crawls but cannot get the hang of burpees!
Aww the poor burpee, no-one seems to love it!
