Now we are talking! Most people hate the sound of burpees but they really aren’t that bad (okay they kind of are, but they are a great workout!). The simple version of a burpee is simply getting yourself to the ground so that your chest touches the ground and then stand up again with a little jump once standing. The full burpee requires a full pushup 😉
I haven’t heard of Inchworms before. I love Bear Crawls but cannot get the hang of burpees!
Aww the poor burpee, no-one seems to love it!
