Jumping jacks (or star jumps) are a great bodyweight exercise because they really get your heart rate up which is the best way to burn a lot of calories. Incorporate some variations of jumping jacks in between the other bodyweight exercises to help raise that heart rate and get the blood really pumping around your body.
I haven’t heard of Inchworms before. I love Bear Crawls but cannot get the hang of burpees!
Aww the poor burpee, no-one seems to love it!
