The Hip Bridge is a great workout for the glutes, perform the movement nice and slow while tensing your glutes and you’ll know for a fact what muscle you are working. The first few may be easy but get some reps in and your butt will be on fire!
I haven’t heard of Inchworms before. I love Bear Crawls but cannot get the hang of burpees!
Aww the poor burpee, no-one seems to love it!
