Planks are another fantastic bodyweight exercise because they are great at building core strength which helps to support you in every movement you do. They are also great because there are a number of different variations (high, low, side, raised legs, one leg etc) and you can see your improvements just by timing yourself and trying to beat your previous time each time you perform them.
I haven’t heard of Inchworms before. I love Bear Crawls but cannot get the hang of burpees!
Aww the poor burpee, no-one seems to love it!
