You can do a lot with bodyweight so don’t ever let anybody tell you that you NEED to go to a gym to get a good workout in as it just isn’t true. Yes there are times when weights are definitely needed to meet your goals but bodyweight workouts can be a fantastic way to get in an awesome workout where ever you are.
I’ve started with some of the common bodyweight exercises and go through a few that you may never have heard of as well so be sure to check them all out.

Everybody knows what a squat is and we all know that they work your legs. We begin knowing exactly how to perform a squat from a very young age. If you watch a toddler learning to walk and squatting down you will see that they have almost perfect form! We loose this as we get older and start sitting around a lot more so squats are super important to help with flexibility.
I haven’t heard of Inchworms before. I love Bear Crawls but cannot get the hang of burpees!
Aww the poor burpee, no-one seems to love it!
